Ideal Hospitality is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced General Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring operational expertise from a well-known brand like IHG or Marriott and be eager to advance their career in hospitality. We seek someone who embodies a love for the industry, thrives on the challenges it presents, and is adaptable in their management style while maintaining the discipline needed to enhance guest experiences and drive profitability. The successful candidate will possess the vision and charisma necessary to elevate our operations to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and achieving team goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Analyze financial reports and market data to make informed decisions and drive business success.
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with brand and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in hotel management with demonstrated growth in responsibilities.
- Proven leadership experience with a history of delivering results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Mail.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and manage complex projects.
- Skilled in analyzing financial data and making strategic decisions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with team members, peers, and support staff.
